Delivery

How much does delivery cost?

We ship with GLS for DKK 49,- incl. VAT for shop deliveries and DKK 69,- to the recipient's address. You get free shipping on purchases over DKK 399,- incl. VAT.

How quickly do you ship?

Stock items are dispatched within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on Fridays after 13:00, on weekends, and on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Can I track my package?

Yes! You will receive a tracking code via email so you can follow your package all the way from us to you.

What happens if I don't pick up my package?

If the package is not picked up within 7 days, it will be returned to us. Contact us with your order number, and we will find a solution. Note: an uncollected package is not considered a cancellation of the purchase.

Returns and Cancellations

Can I cancel my purchase?

Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your item. The item must be returned in its original condition, and you bear the return costs yourself.

What do I do if the item is defective?

You have a 24-month right to claim in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Contact us by email with a description and pictures of the defect, and we will find a solution.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept MobilePay, Dankort, Visa, and Mastercard via Shopify Payments.

Is it safe to pay on OutletNordics?

Yes, all payments are processed via Shopify Payments, which is one of the world's most secure payment platforms with SSL encryption.

Gift Cards

How does a gift card work?

Gift cards are sent electronically and redeemed in the discount code field in the cart at checkout. There is never shipping charged for gift cards.
